My professional memberships include American Psychological Association (APA), National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN), Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and Florida Psychological Association (FPA). I am a Medicare provider.
My Approach
I am a solo practitioner and place importance on highly personalized care. Psycho-education and evidence-based techniques are at the core of my therapeutic approach. Mindfulness skills and habit training are essential proponents that I incorporate into all therapy as well. I strive to empower people to face life’s challenges and gain a unique understanding of themselves and their environment. I believe that healthy lifestyle changes and strong coping strategies are important skills that can be learned and ultimately used to increase one’s capacity to live a happy, healthy and meaningful life. I provide both in office and/or telehealth treatment.
